2010 - 2011 Rates

Effective 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011

• Rates are per room/per night unless stated otherwise
• Rates include local tax of 12.5% GST
• An extensive buffet breakfast
• High speed Internet, 2 onsite PCs
• Secure off street parking
• Use of Kitchettes, lake-side spa, sauna and canoes
• Use of championship astro grass tennis court
• All rooms have Lake views and ensuite bathrooms

Deposit Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for bookings of four nights or more, or exclusive Lodge bookings.

Cancellation Policy
A fee of 25% applies to bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% within 14 days and 100% within 7 days.
